QUALITY POLICY

 

It is the policy of Begg and Company Thermoplastics Limited to develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 in order that products and services provided by the Company satisfy the requirements of our Customers. The objective of the Company is to supply on time products of a quality standard whose function, appearance and price will satisfy the contractual requirements of our Customers as well as meeting any Statutory and Regulatory requirements. These objectives shall be reviewed at the Management System Review. Begg and Company is committed to the supply of raw materials of a high quality standard. We are also committed to the continual improvement to customer service, we believe that the key to quality lies in understanding the needs of our customers. In recognition and acceptance of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and those of our Customers, the policies determined and described in the Quality Manual have the full support of the Board of Directors and are mandatory. The reputation of the Company rests on the high quality of its products and services  it is the responsibility of Company Management to administer these policies and the responsibility of all employees to be aware of the importance of their work and to carry out safely the procedures and practices referred to in the Quality Manual and Procedures.
